Cross-Functional Mechanical Process Flow & Working Principle
This high-efficiency chemical powder granulator line operates on an automated, multi-material processing loop:
  1. Sealed Multi-Material Storage Intake: Raw fertilizer components or industrial chemical powders are vacuum-conveyed into independent enclosed hoppers to keep fine dust from escaping into the open plant environment.
  2. Fluidless Homogeneous Dry Blending: The bulk dry powders drop into a heavy-duty twin-shaft ribbon blender that uses aggressive mechanical agitation to create a perfectly uniform matrix prior to compaction.
  3. Forced De-Aerating Vertical Feeding: The blended powder drops into the vertical feeding throat, where a variable-pitch tapered screw pre-compresses and degasses loose material to prevent air pockets during the roller squeeze.
  4. High-Pressure Twin-Roller Compression: The de-aerated chemical mix passes between two high-precision counter-rotating alloy rollers. Under immense hydraulic squeezing forces, the powder instantly undergoes dry compacting, leaving the rolls as solid flakes.
  5. Twin-Stage Mechanical Flake Breaking: The hard flakes drop directly into a rugged primary breaking mill, where slow-speed cutting bars crack the solid sheets into manageable multi-angled raw fragments.

  7. Automated Material Reclamation Loop: Oversized particles are sent back for a quick re-crush, while fine undersized dust is gathered by a bottom collector and re-routed via an enclosed elevator back into the primary vertical screw for 100% waste-free processing.
  8. Direct Continuous Bulk Packaging: Because this industrial powder compacting line bypasses thermal dryers and cooling delays, the qualified finished granules are immediately directed to an automated bagging system for rapid 25kg/50kg packing.
