The disc granulator operates on an inclined rotating disc principle (35-55° adjustable angle) where:

Raw materials are fed continuously onto the rotating disc
Centrifugal force distributes material evenly across disc surface
Fine particles nucleate and grow through layering mechanism
Continuous tumbling action forms perfect spherical granules
Automatic scraper prevents material buildup on disc surface
Finished granules discharge by gravity when reaching optimal size
